The Henry Lawson Festival
The Henry Lawson Festival is an arts celebration held yearly on the Queen’s birthday weekend Gulgong and Grenfell, New South Wales, Australia. Henry Lawson, one of Australia’s best-loved poets and author of short tales, was brought into the world in Grenfell, and he lived in Gulgong for a period as a child. The festival is one of the longest-running arts occasions in NSW, commending its 65th year in 2022 as well as Henry Lawson’s 155th birthday celebration, on June 17, 2022.
Community Events And Competitions:
The festival celebrates the art, poetry, and talent of Australia. The occasion incorporates displays, school events, plays, Guinea Pigs, Wood Chop, road entertainers, a vehicle show, and a parade. There are competitions in painting, photography, poetry, and king and queen competition.

Afternoon Concert:
The festival council wishes to bring the local area and guests together for an evening of unadulterated idealism in the universe of melodic amusement. This occasion will be organized to celebrate how communities can again get together to celebrate and partake in the experience of live amusement.
Tickets: Adults $55, VIP Area $88, Kids under 12 FREE.
Food Stalls:
The different varieties of food encounters from chocolate to donuts to wonderful cheeseburgers give a rich tempting atmosphere for all to appreciate.
