Early Start
- Ariana Grande-Butera born in Brooklyn to Joan Grande, CEO of Hose-McCann Communications, communications and safety equipment manufacturer, and her father owned a graphic design firm.
- Her first role was as Annie in the musical Annie with the Fort Lauderdale Children’s Theater as a young child. Additionally, she appeared in Beauty and the Beast and The Wizard of Oz.
- When she was eight, she sang in a karaoke lounge on a cruise ship and with South Florida’s Philharmonic Orchestra, Florida Sunshine Pops Orchestra, and Symphonic Orchestra.

- 2019: The Billboard Hot 100 ranked Grande’s “7 Rings” as the highest debuting song of Thank U, Next.
- 2019: Ariana Grande released Positions, her sixth studio album, on October 30, 2020, which was her fifth number-one album on the Billboard 200.
