Who is Lorde: Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O’Connor is more professionally known by her stage moniker Lorde. This New Zealand singer-songwriter debuted her first extended play (EP) titled The Love Club, which spawned the chart-topping international single “Royals” in 2012 which paved the way to fame. She tailored the The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 film’s soundtrack in 2014 which include the hit single “Yellow Flicker Beat”. Melodrama was her second album released in 2017 which made it to US Billboard 200 top ranks while Solar Power released in 2021 was her third album, which made it to Australia and New Zealand top spots.
