Body temperature should be taken at rest, not shortly after exercise or a bath, since the temperature is likely to be higher in these situations, and the reading may not be accurate.

What To Do To Lower The Fever

However, depending on the reason, there are times when medicine is required. Paracetamol is the most often used fever reducer, and it may be used up to three times a day, at 6 to 8 hour intervals.
