Who is Daya: Grace Martine Tandon is an American singer and songwriter from Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania who is more professionally known as DΛYΛ. The hit song “Hide Away” belonged to her self-titled EP (extended play), Daya, which was released in 2015 when she signed with Sandlot Records and AWAL. The song made it to the Billboard Hot 100 Top 23rd spot. In October 2016, she debuted the studio album, Sit Still, Look Pretty.
