The multi-award-winning, multi-Platinum-certified global superstar Dean Lewis, one of Australia’s most accomplished singer/songwriters, will embark on an Australian tour in November and December that will visit 15 cities and regional hubs, according to a press release from TEG Van Egmond this morning.
Tuesday, 8 Nov marks the beginning of Dean Lewis’ extended tour, which will also take him to the Gold Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Perth, Fremantle, Adelaide, Sydney, Canberra, Albury, Hobart, Melbourne, Geelong, Bendigo, and Gippsland. It’s finally Australia’s time to hear Dean’s distinctive sound live after his “Sad Boi Winter Summer” tour electrified crowds in North America and Europe in recent months.
Covid-19 Guidelines
All event guests must either have had a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of entering the venue OR be immunized entirely against COVID-19, according to the event organizer. By participating in the event, you represent and warrant that you and every member of your party will adhere to the following rules:

Dean Lewis Biography
Australian singer-songwriter Dean Looney, better known by his stage name Dean Lewis, was born on 21 Oct 1987. Lewis is known for his 2016 single “Waves,” which was potentially certified 7 Platinum in Australia in 2019. The latter song eventually reached 11 Platinum in Australia and multiple platinum levels worldwide, including double platinum in the United States. His 2018 single “Be Alright” peaked at number one in Australia and was potentially certified platinum four weeks after its release. After viewing an Oasis live DVD in 2005, Lewis was motivated to pursue music.
Lewis cites, “They were the coolest people ever, in my opinion. I can still picture Liam Gallagher leaving the house wearing this hat and a red jacket. I watched every Oasis video for the next five years; Noel Gallagher essentially taught me how to make songs.” Lewis acquired a recording deal with Specific Music in 2014; then, in March 2016, he inked a significant deal with Island Records and Universal Music Australia. [2] On 30 Sept 2016, Lewis released his debut single, “Waves,” which reached number 12 on the Australian ARIA Charts. The song was utilized by numerous American television programs, including Suits, Grey’s Anatomy, Valor, Riverdale, All American, Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments, and Magnum P.I.
